 When you order a product online, there may be instances when you need to return the product and get a refund for different reasons. Before you return a product, it is important to understand the policies in place to avoid any problems. How and when will I get my refund?

We will initiate the refund process once you receive the package with the item in it. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. Refunds would be initiated once the returned product has reached our warehouse/Store and the quality check is complete. Please note we will not be able to return the same by cheque or cash.

How can I return a product ordered from Middle Placed?

To return a product purchased (full payment made through online payment gateway) on middleplaced.com, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note and E-mail it to support@middleplaced.com.

We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less applicable bank charges of 2.5%, Services Tax 10% on the bank charges and ECESS of 0.3% on Service Tax. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our online store.

Within what time period do I have to return the product?

You can return any product bought from Middle Placed. This should be done within 30 days from date of invoicing.

What do I do in case I was to cancel my order before the shipment reaches me?

Please write to support@middleplaced.com with transaction details along with the reason of cancellation. We will initiate the refund process once we receive your cancellation request. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. Please note that applicable bank charges of 2.5%, Services Tax 10% on the bank charges and ECESS of 0.3% on Service Tax would be deducted.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

For Credit Card/Net Banking, refunds will be done through payment gateway. It typically takes 7 to 8 days for refunds to reflect in to your account which is completely dependent on the bank. Please reply to our e-mail which will be sent when the refund is requested with details of your bank account.

If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we'll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 15 days of receipt.
