Return Policy

 In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, or otherwise, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and get the refund. Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by you and will get it back to us.

Do you exchange or replace items?

We currently do not have the facility to Exchange an item. You can place a return request & place new order

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

You could initiate a return for your order / item by going into My Account and click on RETURNS, within 15 days of order delivered. For further information please write to us on support@middleplaced.com

What is the Return pickup process?
Once you click on RETURN on your account, we will initiate the process for a pick up, we request our logistic partners to arrange a pick up from your door step. They would contact you and get the item picked up. Packing Instructions will be sent to you through e-mail.

I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?

When are returns not possible?

When the below mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns are not possible.

  • Return needs to initiate within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • LED Ligths once bought cannot be returned
  • Items of the order is used.
  • The tags of the items is removed

Terms and Conditions for Returns

  • The Middle Placed will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
  • Refund will be issued only after product is received at our warehouse/store & after quality check
  • Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners.
  • The Middle Placed follows a 15 days, No question asked return policy. You can return the product within 15 days of delivery.

 

Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged / defective state or are expired or an incorrect product has been delivered. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. [Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.]

If a return is accepted, Middle Placed will replace or refund the invoiced rupee value for, the damaged / defective / expired / wrong product. In either case, the additional customs amount paid by the customer to receive the product will be reimbursed to the customer in the form of a refund coupon, which can be applied to the customer’s next order with Middle Placed, subject to the customer providing a copy of the customs receipt.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. Kindly refer to the next question for exclusions to refunds.

I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.

If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 5 days of receiving the order:

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@middleplaced.com) within 5 business days of receiving the order.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
  • Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
